ndia pitta is one of the most beautiful bird I have seen in the Indian Jungle. Pitta is a word from Telugu meaning small bird. It is also called as Navaranga because of the nine different colours on the bird and also called as the Six-o-clock bird. Pitta is a very shy bird and after years of wait, I was able to get a good clean picture of her while she was preening herself.
