Nature bathing is a priceless form of therapy for empathy of all backgrounds. I require hikes multiple times a week to handle the stress of everyday business life styles. Walking among these giants gives me goose bumps and significantly less tension in my body almost immediately.
This one is an almost 2 mile hike along a zen river with trees that are hundreds of years old. With another waterfall halfway to this one and another about another mile down, it is not hard to imagine why the locals would like to keep it quiet which is why I don’t tag my locations.
This is a sacred place for the natives and myself as well as a wonder of the world to tourists. We regularly encourage people to take nothing but pictures and leave nothing but footprints as well as cleanups for the community.
Do you partake in community clean ups?
Do you feel a therapeutic decompression when going into nature?
I’d love to hear some more nature bathing stories.
