Hey everyone! I hope the entire Steem world had a fantastic Christmas! I've really enjoyed having the time off work, being able to relax and take it easy. I've been taking the time off to plan some future articles here on my new favorite blogging platform, and I'm excited to share them with you over the next few days!
Before we had some snow here in Ohio, I went to Hocking Hills State Park (about an hour and a half away from my home), and took some pictures and timelapse during the sunrise. Here is my favorite shot from that morning. Obviously it is edited, but for certain pictures I really enjoy taking the time to treat the image as a canvas of sorts, and "painting" it to create something completely different than the original. Yeah, you guessed it. . there will be a tutorial on this later. The original image just had so much potential for this style of picture, I knew I had to take a long time and carefully edit this and make it shine the best I knew how.
