Estonia is absolutely gorgeous, like a fairytale.
10 years ago I ate lunch right here.
I have a fear of forgetting things, so I took a photo of my view from the restaurant looking out on the street.
This is a lunch I would never forget.
We were eating lunch with another family. I remember that they had a lot of children, maybe 5.
The mother was young, maybe early 40's. She spoke and acted like she had money but when it was time for us to split the check I recall her not paying.
She ordered bear, it was the most expensive item on the menu. Or at least that is what I remember.
She gave me some to eat.
It was so tender.
It melted in your mouth like butter.
It was similar to a taste I was familiar with... maybe filet mignon?
I closed my eyes while I chewed.
I cried.
I didn't cry because it was that good. I started to cry because I thought of bear cubs playing in a stream while their mother hunted for fish.
I cried because of my imagination.
