Sometimes in the morning I take my time.
I don’t always wake up at 5:00.
Sometimes my body screams and pleads to rest just a little bit longer.
This tends to happen on more dreary days.
Days where I can hear the rain patter against my window.
Days where I notice construction for the time being has halted.
Don’t get me wrong I still cross off all items on my morning to do list.
- wake up
- make your bed
- practice yoga
- read for 30 minutes
- draw for 15 minutes
- eat / get ready
And before 9:00am contact all clients and clear out your email.
