I know there are upvote/resteem services. Be careful what you click on, as you already saw from that flagged messages. Also be careful what bot/resteem service you send money to for support. Hive account@royaleagle does bot reviews if you want to learn about legit ones, but maybe wait until you have some experience. I would normally say use Hive account@bumper, but they're temporarily closed.
