Thanks Hive account@breshepard! Norway is known as one of the best places in the world to see the Northern Lights. Svalbard in particular is a very good location for it, but they can also be seen from Iceland, Alaska etc. Occasionally they are seen here in Australia from Tasmania for the southern lights, but we are still relatively far from the pole so the displays aren't as vibrant. I hope one day you get to experience it, you will be lost for words!
