The food in that opening photo looks pretty amazing! Probably not something I could eat but once a month, but still pretty dang good. I hope the analogy of the garden isn't true for me as well because my garden is a hot mess right now. We are usually gone so much in the summer that I kind of gave up keeping one a couple of years ago.
