As promised, the bar is on fire!
In Vietnam, the nighlife isn't so wild and crazy. In most places I've been, things maintain a level of respectability. However, when the late night falls and there's nothing left but the DJ and disco balls .. this lot behind the bar get busy.
I was staying at the nearby movenpick hotel and this bar was within walking distance. It was dark inside, and these shots were all taken with whatever smartphone I had at the time. Needless to say, they needed some heavy processing in Photoshop to get to what you see here.
Now uploaded I see my dodge/burns are a little over the top. Although, it also kind of gives it a style, what do you think?
The 'dodge' tool is what darkens areas, whilst 'burn' will over-expose them. Or is it the other way around? Photoshop lets you play around with different brushes, to apply them onto different areas.
They had flaming cocktails at the bar and were tossing flaming bottles around the bar ...

This one sure knew how to pull off all the moves with a calm ablomb. Like just another day at the office!
There was indeed something cool about being in this foriegn place, in this local nightclub, with these bar staff pulling all these stunts behind the bar
If you wondered, everyone was very friendly and staff all spoke at least some English.
I sure look forward to seeing more of Vietnam someday soon! This has been another
