A daily necessity. Cannabis flower and concentrate. Each has their own type of power. Flower has all the cannabanoids and terpenes in their natural environment and ratios. Shatter has all of the cannabanoids and some of the terpenes all in concentrated form. I do not think one is better than the other, rather I think they are better together. For pain relief I know this is true. No narcotic works better in my opinion and I had been prescribed many (though I no longer use them).
