It takes an awful lot to overshadow the Colosseum but that amazing construction almost seems like an afterthought compared to how beautiful the texture of the road is and how much I love the receding angled stripes in the center line. What an amazing photo. This is one of the most creative shots of the colosseum I have ever seen - way to take something so famous it is almost cliche and produce a stunning and fresh shot.
