Hi Steemers, how is going on? Today i want to show you a photo series based in Milan, Corso Lodi/Scalo Romana, the yesterday’s sunset was awesome, with this violet over the sky mixed with the typical yellows of the sunset, and also the particular drawing of the cloud, the effect is called lens clouds.

I realised these photos from my window, you can see Corso Lodi, in the middle between Porta romana and Corvetto Square. The building on the horizon is the Prada’s Foundation, next to be concluded, something not even started is the Scalo Romana’s project(link): it seems that now FS (Italian State Railways) have finally sold the zone until the Prada building, for now is quite abandoned, with many lucky houses of derelicts people in this sort of Wastelands. It’s been a long time waiting the refresh of this area which arrives until to Ripamonti street, for someone who knows Milan it’s a quite big area.

The Railway Station (just two tracks, in fact it doesn’t need all this ground) is on the left of this foto, under the wonderful club called Patch Ouli. Right under the club there is a makeshift encampments, with some people living between two little walls, i think area there are at least two camps like this. I have to say i didn’t ever feel serious danger from these homeless, even if i know about who fix the validate machines of the station in the evening, they always be a least two to go to repair them.

Yes there is always something to improve, but i like the area where i live in Milan, full of funny people and good services, in other post i want to show you other curious things about this block.

Ciao Steemers, come andiamo?Oggi vi propongo una serie di foto realizzate a Milano, zona corso Lodi/Scalo romana, il tramonto di ieri è stato molto suggestivo, con questo violetto che ha inondato il cielo mischiandosi ai gialli tipici del tramonto, ed i particolari disegni delle nuvole in un effetto chiamato nubi lenticolari.

Ho realizzato queste foto dalla mia finestra, si può notare Corso Lodi a metà tra Porta Romana e Piazzale Corvetto. Il palazzo all’orizzonte è la fondazione Prada, ormai prossimo alla conclusione, ciò che invece in questa vista ancora non è iniziata, è il progetto Scalo Romana(link): sembra che finalmente le FS abbiano venduto il terreno che potete vedere prima della fondazione, è previsto un grosso rinnovamento della zona, al momento dismessa con varie abitazioni fatiscenti in questa sorta di terra di nessuno. Da molto tempo in questa zona si attende il rinnovamento dello Scalo Romana che arriva fino a via Ripamonti, per chi conosce Milano è un tratto di terreno piuttosto grosso.

La stazione Scalo Romana(molto piccola giusto due binari, per questo che non serve il resto del terreno) si trova sulla sinistra di questa foto, sotto al “magico” locale Patch Ouli, proprio sotto al locale c’è una sorta di accampamento di fortuna, con persone che vivono all’interno tra due muretti lunghi, nella zona ci sono almeno altri due accampamenti di questo tipo. Devo dire che gli abitanti di questi anfratti a mio avviso non hanno recato grossi pericoli alla comunità, anche se chi lavora per la FS, quando viene a riparare le macchine oblitteratrici in questa stazione di sera, devono essere per forza almeno in due.

Certo qualcosa si può sempre sistemare ma mi piace molto la zona di Milano dove vivo, tanta gente simpatica ed è molto servita, in altri post racconterò altre sfaccettature di questo quartiere della Zona 4.
