What can I do on a day off.? You can go to the central square and celebrate the holiday, relax at home, fry in the yard barbecue, or just walk around the city, enjoying an unexpectedly warm day. I chose the option with a walk, only not in the normal streets, but in one of the disadvantaged areas on the outskirts.
The purpose of the trip was an abandoned plant for the production of reinforced concrete, which is rumored to be somewhere in the vicinity of the settlement Kirkombinat. I did not have exact information, only an approximate location. As a result of the abandoned buildings I never found, but I enjoyed enough the depressive landscapes of the Samara outskirts.
The 5th settlement of the Kirkombinat is located 700 meters from one of the main streets of the city - st. Aurors. On three sides it is surrounded by factories, with the fourth passing an iron loroga. One five-story "Khrushchev", a two-story stalinka and a couple of private houses - that's the whole village. Fences, barbed fences, chambers and mud everywhere.
