
It isnt easy to have a daily routing that consists of waking up early in the morning and starting it with a solid workout. With just a light breakfast, a little warm-up that's a jog, followed by a day of sweating it all out!
I may feel too old or lazy at times for such a serious commitment, but seeing those boys pushing themself to the limits makes me feel good. Like Im part of something. I do what I love - and that's coaching western boxing. Thanks to me some of those boys will face their opponents ready and well prepared.
But damn, it's just so hard to force myself to do it over and over again.
