When I am alone, I am either regretting the past or dreading the future.
The world around me look only shades of grey. No colors or life. I am never able to live in colors.
That is why I want to challenge myself to live the now.
So I have decided to start by being mindful when I take my walk. I will walk the same path for the next week and take a picture of flowers or anything else beautiful that I notice.
The idea being:
The more I notice during my walks, the more I am living in the moment and enjoying the beauty life offers
