If you are vising Wilmington, be sure to take the tour of the Bellamy Mansion.
Built just before the Civil War there is much history in this home. Slave quarters in the back still stand as well.
The tour guide was a very good speaker, knew her history, and told the stories in a very enjoyable manner.
