Mudfish are a whole lot of fun to catch, but they really aren't good for anything.
They wipe out the population of bass by eating the eggs off of their beds whenever they get the opportunity, they take up too much space, and you can't even eat them.
Well, I guess you could eat them if you really wanted to, but I heard that they are disgusting.
They do put up a heck of a fight, and they can get your heart going fast along with your adrenaline. The problem is, you can't differentiate the bite or fight of a Mudfish and Bass so I always end up thinking that I have a lunker bass on the line, and then end up being disappointed.

This fish was so stupid that my brother caught it, and then I caught the exact same fish 3 minutes later.
