Strange but beautiful, this building is definitely worth a visit when in Oslo. Due to the design of the Oslo Opera House (or Operahuset), the public is free to walk and hang out on the roof of the structure. This is because the roof angles down to the ground and you can simply stroll up on the nice white granite and Italian Carrara marble surfaces that cover up much of the building.
The images have been taken during my last trip to Oslo, using my Nikon D700 and a Nikkor 24-85mm 3.5-4.5G ED lens. Although I bet the interior is amazing, I didn't get to see it on that occasion. Perhaps the next time I decide to head North again I might visit the inside of this venue that seems to be just a massive piece of art.
