I'm a little tanned :)
I really love summer, I love sunbathing. I love to travel, I love the sea, the ocean. These deserted islands attract me so much. All good end of summer! Spend it dignifiedly.
The first month of summer has passed and on the streets you can often meet tanned lucky people who have already visited the sea. If you are not yet one of them, but a beautiful bronze tan at you in the nearest plans, I want to recommend several food products that are not only useful for the body, but also help to achieve the desired skin tone faster.
First, it's carrots
Next on my list - apricots
Melon plants - melon and watermelon
Do not forget about green vegetables, such as spinach and broccoli.
And finally I want to mention tomatoes.
So lean on carrots, apricots, peaches, melon and watermelon. Make salads with tomatoes, spinach and broccoli, then your sunburn envied and experienced beach-dancer.
