Do You Put Yourself First?

Do You Put Yourself First? Many would probably answer no to this question because we would think it's selfish to do so. But the fact is that we need to do that sometime in order to find the love and energy to illuminate onto others.

I took this photo when I was at Hefangjie in Hangzhou. I searched for a quote by Buddha and I found the one below that I will use to finish of this post. Sometimes it's good to keep it short.
