When it is 98 degree out and the weather report says it's feels like 113, I am staying in the hotel. I have been out many of these days under this kind of heat, and it has started to take its toll on me. Overall I am tired and feel somewhat run down. I guess I am have some heat exhaustion. But I have been hydrating myself and staying cool when I can.
I don't think this is anything one can get used too, but in reality when I have been out, it has not slowed down the local activity. Of course most go about their daily live, and I now have a better understanding of why the Chinese use umbrellas in the sun. It's just to not get burned but also to keep the harch sun heats tempature down.
China is not a desert, but the summer time it's very uncomfortable in the sun and the heat that is provides. I give it to the Chinese that deal with this every day. Yes, in the USA we have places like this that are extremely hot, and many just live with it. Sorry, this kind of heat is to much for me.
This photo that I am sharing is from my first full day in China when i was at Xianghu Lake in Hangzhou. It goes along with the other photos that I have collected that day. I have more from that day that I will share, as I edit them to my liking. Enjoy!
