A dispersion or splatter effect can create an incredible dynamic image. the best part is, its very quick and eassy to do with a few photoshop brushes, but the end result can look very complex as if it look you hours to create.

HOW DO YOU ADD EFFECT TO PHOTOSHOP
Follow these steps to apply a layer effect:
- Select your desired layer in the layers panel.
- Choose layer
- Layer style and choose an effect from the submenu Or you can also click the
add layer style icon in the layers panel and select effect from the drop down menu.
