As we traveled on from our stay in Copenhagen, Denmark we arrived to the humid, but beautiful, city of Lisbon, Portugal.
We ran into a bit of an issue as we arrived at the airport, it turned out that our Airbnb had been cancelled without our knowledge, and we had a mini crisis as we searched and searched for a place that night. It ended up working out ok as we found a decent place, and for only a little bit more than what we were originally going to pay, so no biggie.
We took the train to our place, took off our bags and sweat drenched clothes (it was a hot day), had a nice shower, and decided to head out to explore the city a little bit. Our friend Sabine had decided to come with us to Lisbon since she had never been so you may notice her from my previous posts about exploring Copenhagen.

This street is actually much steeper than it looks in this photo

Found this absolutely adorable pup along the way
We walked up one of the hills and were delighted by this amazing view over the city
