I decided to try it again. Photo Stacking when given a chance to have mutliple shot of an insect. if it not moves or fly. i try to shoot at f9 with the head, body and tail on focus and also at the closest distance my lens to the subject.
f9 will have a more detailed result versus f13 and above. for photo stacking. i would use f9. but if we want more. we can use upto f5.6 and shoot maybe 8 images. since of it will have narrow area of focus. for me f9 with 3 images is easier and fast to make. :)
I saw a lazy hoverfly. a lucky day. it will still fly but it does give me enough time to shoot images for photo stacking. :)
here the photo stacking result. how i wish i was able to focus on the wings.

Took me 8 seconds to have 4 shots. i am on handheld for mobility.i did try using monopod and tripod before. it's hard and i was not able to shoot. since by the time i am stable the insects are gone :(
Photo stacking will helps to make the whole subject focus. that's how i understood it. a better image. a bit harder to make but the result is pure joy :)
