In one of those hundreds of hidden plazzas inside Ciutat Vella, there's this bar called "la Negrita".
The interesting thing with these bars is that, if they are not opened, you usually have no idea that there is actually a bar - or something, for what matters - behind those metal curtains. I often have feelings of being lost if I pass through certain places at very different times of the day, because they are literally other places, at different times of the day: for instance, if there's siesta time, the curtains are down and everything is deserted around, but if it's beyond 10PM in the evening, the place is buzzing with life and people, and there are tables an chairs, and the place is completely changed.
So, while getting lost on one of these streets, I stumbled upon the "la Negrita" bar. As you can see, it's very easy to remember the place, the art on the access doors is amazing and it greatly helps with the branding.
The photos were taken during siesta time, obviously. :)
