We shot these photos in LA at Milk studios. Petra was incredible to work with, you don't even have to tell her how to pose she just knows intrinsically. Our incredible makeup artist, Miho Suzuki, covered Petra head to toe in silver latex paint to give her a metallic effect. We then peeled the latex off of Petra in stages who yelped out in pain for perfectly timed screams in the photos. The latex paint stayed together in massive sheets as we peeled it off and Petra got into the fun of it and started peeling it off herself and throwing it at the camera, seducing everyone behind it. We turned the silver paint gold in post because silver reflects better than gold in the original photos.
