This post is inspired by the lovely . A couple of weeks ago she featured some of her yard art here. I figured a fresh snow fall made for some fun photos. Above is a large old wheel that acts as a gate and
keeps the kids out from behind the garage.
Behind this pot of dormant(or dead) I forget what is an old plow head watching guard over my garden.
You can't quite tell but this is a piece of a wheel at the garage door.
Probally my favorite piece is this kids bicycle that has been through a fire. The frame is so unique, it would have been a wonderful bike.
At our front step is this can I found at an old homestead. I bet it could tell some tales of praire farm life.
I keep this old handle stuck into to corner of our front flower bed as a barrier so the garden hose won't squish any delicate flowers. The boys are always trying to pull it out, I think Ben might be big enough this year to do it.
Our lounge chair frame makes a ghostly appearance in the snow. Its not rusty junk, we use it all summer long.
This one won't rust. I wish my boys would put they're stuff away when I ask...
All photos taken by me about 2 weeks ago with my chilly old Samsung Galaxy S6. I'll grab some shots to compare when all of the snow has melted!
