Good day dear community, first of all I would like to welcome you all to my new contribution and hope you had a day full of positive experiences! In this article I would like to take a closer look at psychology and hope you are able to expand your knowledge.
In psychology, the term Double Bind is understood when two messages with contradictory meanings meet and it is a good example of a subliminal phenomenon that arises during communication between people. If a message reaches a person, there are also two contents in this context which are full of contradictions and this has the consequence that the person can only process the message very difficult and a feeling of insecurity arises and this results in a strange form of connection and often the facial expressions do not match the verbal and these different types of commutation trigger a feeling of confusion and the recipient of the message does not know what to focus on in this case and how to behaves correctly. A good example of the phenomenon is when one person wishes the other a great day and puts on a sad face and person B does not know how to classify this paradoxical behavior correctly and disorientation occurs and if certain messages are connected with references, this person does not know how to act and often makes wrong decisions and pressure is exerted subliminally through the form of communication. From a psychological point of view, double bind relationships can also trigger symptoms that influence the entire behavior and in some cases this can also lead to the development of physical symptoms and this can be particularly serious over a longer period of time and generate stress in the long term. When it comes to solving certain problems and double bind messages are used, people rarely come to a solution and in addition a form of authority is created and one person is most superior to the other, which results in a strange form of relationship.
