Hey guys this is me 
To take a good photo or to blur a photo you don't need a Dslr if you don't have..You can click a photo on your mobile That will look like a little much like Dslr blur ..
But this depends on your mobile phone brand .if you have Samsung Galaxy S3-S9+ these brands phones have their own blur system also in j3-j7 ..
If you have Shaumi MI or Coyocera these are also doing same process.
If you have another brand that doesn't has their own blur system then you can download an app Airbrush ..this application can make any photos of your phone camera blur .
That's how you can get a Blur effect on your mobile phone like Dslr camera
