I managed to take a little "timeout" recently to head over to the Christmas Village in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. There is so much energy there right now with the ongoing cultural celebrations, and I just had to capture some of it on camera!
Even though I missed catching the dancers in full swing, I was so happy to grab some shots of the performers and their drummers. There is something about the rhythm of those drums that just brings the whole place to life—it truly is a beautiful cultural display.
