Spring was somewhat delayed this year. Going by the blooms I normally see, spring was delayed by about two weeks this year versus last year.

The Royal Star Magnolia tree typically is the first to bloom every year. This year was no exception, the white petals of the Royal Star Magnolia tree are blooming.

The Royal Star Magnolia tree has white,showy, fragrant blooms in the early spring. The tree grows to a height of 10 to 20 feet and has a spread of 8 to 15 feet. The tree can be grown in plant hardiness zones 4 to 8.
