Seems they really like those little hyacinths flowers. I found few of Colias croceus butterflies flying around and feeding on them. Delicious, sweet nectar in early spring.
The area was all burned and dry from the fire in the previous year. Some plants that were dormant for most of the year managed to sprout and bloom like nothing happened :)
