A fully green plant with beautiful yellow colour flower and finger size fruits known as Okra or ladies fingers in some provinces. We in India say it भिंडी and use it in food as green vegetable. We cook ladyfingers as Bhindimasala, Bhindibhaja. A delicious and pitchy vegetables best with wheat bread. As ladyfingers comes in green vegetables hence it has sufficient vitamins, protein and required calorie.
Please don’t try to was ladyfingers cut pices in water otherwise vegetables could be water vegetables instead of ladyfingers vegetables so need to was it in water before cutting.
