Portland Plants 9
I'm finally replenishing my supply of unpublished photos. Even though the sun hasn't been out for a while, the rain stopped a few times and I went out for some photos. This batch of photos has a few new plants that I haven't seen before. The sky was pretty overcast, but some of the photos turned out well.
This is a flower that I see every time I go out.
One house had a yard stuffed with these flowers.
This is a really strange plant. It just seems so weird to me.
This cool looking tree with moss and mushrooms was growing in someone's front yard.
Moss grows on everything out here. I even have some growing on my car.
This Euphorbia is special because I've been looking for one like this since Portland Plants 2.
identified the plant and the proof that she submitted showed one with little red leaves or pedals in the middle. So far, I've only seen hundreds and hundreds of these plants with green or yellow inside them. This is the first red Euphorbia that I've ever seen.
This is a new one for me. I don't think I've ever seen this flower before.
This one was right next to the blue ones above. I don't think I've seen this one before either.
This plant looks like moths sleeping in those Asian carved-wood plant diorama things.
I love these little ones.
These are huge flowers that grow by the hundreds on trees or big shrubs.
The purple and yellow flowers are probably the two flowers that I've been seeing most often. The yellow flowers are the same as the first set of photos in this post.
Yes, we still have Cherry Blossoms.
That's it for this post. I hope you enjoyed some of the pictures!
