I've been away for 2 weeks, doing photoshoots in Moscow 😎
Don't even know where to start.. Russian girls are super hot. Models are easy to find and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Instagram proved to be the best way to find models. I just went with the first hashtag I could think of - modelmoscow - and saw lots of beautiful faces. Then I sent direct messages to girls I wanted to work with and 80% of them got back to me.. pretty good?
The one thing that wasn't good was the weather. Normally summers in Moscow are very hot and sunny but this year it's just terrible. It rained non-stop for almost entire 2 weeks that I've been there so I only managed to do 3 shoots outdoors. The rest had to be done in a studio. And yet again Moscow is great for that - studios are dirt cheap. Around $20 an hour and the range of interiors is amazing. You can shoot in a studio that looks like a garden, a castle, a dungeon, a spaceship - you name it. In London for a 20 you can't even hire a most basic space with a white cyclorama...
