Although Cebu province is not in complete lockdown, our schools, restaurants, shops are closed except for the grocery stores and public markets. Gatherings are not allowed too. The Government is still not planning to lift any restrictions. Because of Pandemic, this place now is completely empty and only front liners or staff from the government were authorized to.
