Dear Stemians,
Have you ever sat in a quiet place and allowed yourself simply to become, without looking at magazines or listening to music, without watching television or reading books? Have you ever found a quiet place and invited yourself not to think consciously, but to let yourself drift away and not want to do anything?
Loneliness is a state of being alone and away from others, without feeling sorry, guilty, or lonely. Spending time in solitude is an exercise that we need to embrace. When we are so busy with busy activities in our lives and constantly giving time to others, we become drained and tired when we don't take the time to replenish ourselves.
When we begin to create time for calm and solitude, we will become more present at this time and can focus on the most important things. We will learn to listen to the whispers inside us, guide us to be brave and brave to let go of the restraints on the architectural framework that has held us back for long.
Thank you for visiting my post.
