The Team just bought a GoPro Hero 6 from Best Buy. We were debating between the Hero 6 and the Sony FX3000R. We have the old version of the Sony which had a huge fisheye problem. We really liked the feature of the FX3000R, but the problem is that we would have to put it in the waterproof case in the areas we go to, and the microphone can't pick up with the case on it. Thus, we picked the Hero 6 so we can make some cool content for all you Steemians.
We bought it from Best Buy only because we had some gift cards. Best Buy customer service sucks, and we hate to go there. It was not even busy when we went. We stood by the cash register by the cameras, within three feet of the GoPro Hero case, standing right in front of a salesperson standing behind the register. The salesperson just stood behind the register, and we were the only ones there. The person did not even acknowledge us until we asked for help. He then said he was with a customer, and was talking to another salesperson who was with a customer to help us. This took a few minutes. He could have opened the case, and run us up in the time he spent talking to the other person. He then left, and we just stood there of 10 minutes. 10 minutes!!! The salesperson, he was trying to get to help us, came over to help even though he was actually with a customer. The other salesperson went to another register, and was not even with a customer. Mahalos to the salesperson that helped us. (By the way, the last time we went to Best Buy we had to wait 30 minutes to get the two laptops we wanted pulled from the back, and the brick and mortar companies wonder why we go to Amazon).
This is our first GoPro so if you have any tips please let us know in the comments.
Mahalos.
