SWAP.HIVE:PHOTO Diesel Pool Renewed

Quick update: Hive account@hivephoto has renewed the SWAP.HIVE:PHOTO diesel pool smart contract. This will allow daily rewards for PHOTO liquidity providers to continue.

A few changes: Last time the contract was for 500 days. Now the contract is renewed for 400 days. Instead of a 2% bonus applied for all daily payments it has been reduced to a 1% bonus applied until all 400 payments are made.
