This photograph has for me, taken on more meaning in my life than what it should. I took this when doing some photographic work on a completely unrelated shoot, and it just lingered. I love autumn, (or fall for you Americans out there!) and this image to me, has multiple meanings.
Interpret it how you will, but to me, this image presses upon the green, leafy life of foliage passing to death, or, renewal, as orange, decomposing masses of matter. Reverse the paradigm, and you've got decomposing masses fertilizing the next generation of green leaves.
This was also the first thing I ever posted on Steemit. I'm posting it again because I love this image, and it paints the picture in my mind that there will be better days ahead.
