Following on from the nameplates post last week @honeycup-waters/house-nameplates-around-my-village-archtecture-building-aditions
I have a few more to post today.
I like this type they are very old shown by the condition of the wood. Very close up the surface is covered in cracks in the wood.

This is similar to the previous nameplate and is next door to the previous plate.

Not far away is an apartment block with a grand-sounding name.

Another very modern one I am not sure if this is more suitable for an office block rather than a house. Maybe I am old fashioned.
And finally, a marble tile set flush into the surface of the stonework. I wonder if it was built with the building or added later? The wording looks as if it has been scratched in by the owner rather than by a marble company. It's quirky so I like it. How do you feel?
Just a few more of local house names around my village.
