This picture is included in #thecitytheory collection and as a collectible, it is classified VIC (Very Important Card). It has the property to replace any card doubling its price in the collectibles game, which means that if for example, you miss a card to fill a special series you can use this card (and any VIC card you own) and once the missing card is replaced by the VIC card its price is automatically doubled. Also and this is very important, the VIC cards like this have a stable price which is not changed after buying it. If you sell this VIC cards you'll receive the amount you have paid for buying it, there is no profit attached on this card's sells and buys. Nevertheless, its unique price is considerable and will be announced soon.
