The little house of God in the middle of the urban landscape. God is everywhere, mostly inside us despite the fact we are kicking Him out constantly. There are no graven images on the walls of the little church, nor carved idols around, God doesn't need to be represented by an object of worship. In the spiritual reality of the Cosmos, we all represent God. The main problem is that humans don't really understand this intangible reality. Humans cannot conceive the origin of their spiritual entity which is one and only, administrated by Nature and expressed as a collective will of God.
Cosmos is the House of God. He created Cosmos, but he doesn't impose any particular rule to Humans. God offered to humans the freedom to choose. In fact, God is liberating human from any authority, offering him the ability to use his free will. He gave humans precious tools like Logic, and Curiosity, Consciousness, and Imagination. And humans started to build their own cosmos... And, what a mess... Humans created a world fueled by hate, governed by stupidity and represented by criminals, perverts, and mentally sick "personalities". The greed of power and wealth and the consequent bloodbaths are on the agenda, billions of humans live and die without having a clue of their real existence, of their spiritual reality which is buried by the human "system" long before they die physically.
Serenity within the urban landscape. When humans are keen to change their imposed urban behaving, the urban landscape change too. Humans, instinctively preserve places in the middle of the urban landscape where they can go whenever they need to get away from the madness and irrationality of big busy cities. Once in these spots, humans are changing their usual behaving, they become more... "humans" which means they throw off their urban reflexes for the sake of real communication. For a short lap of time people seem to understand each other in a way they never do when they evolve in their everyday life following their "obligations" and looking desperately for their "rights". Then, comes Friday, weekend follows up, and these recreational spots are getting full of citizens coming for some relaxing hours... If we think a bit more about this social fact we could come to a conclusion: Humans evolving in a highly urbanized environment, fully controlled by centralized administrations get permission to rediscover themselves for some hours per week, and then back to the impersonal hell, usually Monday morning... The human exploitation system uses this trick to keep the herd always active and willing to participate in the production chain forgetting that they work just for the good of the very few who are controlling the whole economic scheme. The same trick is applied for summer vacations where humans have the opportunity to live an almost normal life in Nature, but just like an instantaneous dream, this period comes to an end very fast, and always just before people realizes that there is something going wrong with their everyday life during the whole year... In addition, when vacationers return to their hometowns, pockets are empty. The system does not gift them vacations. The system traps people again to happily invest in them... holidays ... Another organized market, buying and selling vacationers...
This photo was taken last year (I think) in the Athens historic center. It is showing a recreation spot during the week, that's why it's deserted. People are preparing for the next early-morning wake-up, no time, no mood for creative moments and peaceful thoughts.
And, this photo could be a good allegory for representing Steem and Steemit. Well, this could be Steem community in the middle of the structure, and the applied hard forks as seen on the right and left side structures... Compressing the herd for extracting the juice, typical architecture of the very traditional economy. The near future of the Steem blockchain, of the Steem community, of the Steem coin, is already traced, who he has a minimum of experience in cryptoeconomy matters gets the meaning and acts consequently...
