July 2016. A day at the seaside resort. After sunset, I was enjoying the natural colors and a cold beer. I was trying to get out of my mind the city and along with it all work worries and obligations. I was going to stay at the resort only a weekend so I wanted to relax as much as I could. This beautiful beach is located only 60 kilometers from the center of Athens and is for me the closest summer paradise! I go at least once every summer for many years so I have the opportunity to spot the changes in the landscape but also at the resort's premises. That summer, my eye caught this young olive tree. It was not there last year and now its presence changed the image giving the tone that was missing. I promised myself not to take the camera out of the bag, take no photo that weekend and so enjoy two days of real vacation. But this olive made me break my promise! After all, photography is not a work for me but a passion. So I drank my beer and immediately after I took the photo you see. I hope you like it! Have a nice day and summer 2018!!!
