It's been a while since I've posted flower photographs. I guess now's as good time as any to throw couple of flower buds your way.
I'm a fan of lens flare and reflections. And it's a good thing that I am, because I like photographing against the light. A lot. Photographing smaller objects this way, laying on the ground, sweat dripping in tho my eyes, blinded by the bright light is always fun. It's a series of "almost got it" photos. I take the shots blind, check what I have, adjust different things and repeat that few (million billion zillion) times.
Until I have what I want. Or a wild animal comes and eats me.
Or in the city some random driver sees me lying on the asphalt and decides to drive over me. Just because why the hell not! The explanation to the question: "Why did you drive over that pedestrian photographing beautiful flowers on the pavement?" would be: "The idiot was asking for it! You either walk the hell away from the cars on the roads or you yourself drive a car. It's that simple! You just don't lay on the sidewalk minding your own business. Life just doesn't work that way!"
