I love all concrete works of art, modern or old (read: communist), as they make for wonderful subjects when it comes to abstract architectural photography. So I spent hours walking around Sofia today, looking for interesting buildings to photograph, and even though the city is a concrete jungle, I struggled to find a good composition. Even the few images that I manage to take looked... boring. Exhausted, I retreated to a nearby restaurant to have a warm meal and to rethink my strategy. Half an hour later, I was heading to the beer shop.
Sometimes, although I push myself hard, I end up not liking any of the photos that I take; I end up feeling disappointed and discouraged. Oh well, things don't always happen the way we would like them to.

I took this shot last year with my old Fuji X-T1 & Samyang 12mm f/2 in one of Sofia's business parks.
Do you have bad photography days?

On a positive note, 3 new beers are waiting to be tested!
