Today, we will be going to a popular restaurant in Cebu, Philippines where they specialise in seafood. You can fish on their pond in which you will be able to catch some tilapia or bangus aka the milkfish.
The restaurant opens at 8am and there were only few people around. Was it we were early or due to the current pandemic?
