Continuing from the last post:
This weekend we had a tropical storm pass the island, so I went out the next morning early to get some shots afterwards. Nice morning light, a bit overcast, everything glistening and green and colourful. The island has been in a bit of a drought, so we need the water.
These are known as Frangipani flowers, but the shrub type - not the tree. There is a tree frangipani further down.
Frangipani is also known as Plumeria - TIL!
This was a flower on a weed, I don't know the name of it, but I liked the translucent drenched petal.
Frangipani trees are my favourite, I love these flowers. They also smell amazing.
Not sure the name of this flower.
