Last year I took a visit at Niagara falls, which is collective name for three waterfalls(two american and one canadian) that straddle between borders of Canada and United States. I had an opportunity to take a ride on a ferry,called "The Maid Of The Mist", and feel the joy of being so close to the majestic falls!
By the way, the ride costed only 15$,that's affordable for everyone!

I've had unforgettable experiences while being at niagara falls. I can totally recommend you to go there. There are bunch of hotels in that area that are not too expensive , so money should not really be the big problem.
