This afternoon, after a decent bike ride to a brushy area a couple of miles from my home, I found an area of low-lying brush and captured some macro photography shots. All shots were taken with a Canon 80D camera.
The first shot is of a flower with the sun beating down on it. I changed the exposure ratio on the camera, giving a distinct focus to the flower and an accentuation on it's coloring.
The next set of shots are of a couple different types of butterflies. One has vivid, beautiful coloring, while the second one is almost all white, except for some light brown lining upon the edge of it's wings. Also, the sun shining through the butterfly's wings added more depth in it's coloring.
80 degrees weather and clear, blue skies make for a wonderful day to capture some macro photography shots!
One love,
